Janessa Kats

Janessa serves as Co-Owner, Director, Founder, and Teacher of Edgewood House Preschool.  She is a graduate of the Santa Clara County Infant Family Early Childhood Mental Health Certificate Program and has since been endorsed by the State of California as an Infant Mental Health Transdisciplinary Practitioner.  She holds her BA degree in Childhood and Adolescent Development from San Francisco State University. With a strong background in reflective practice and facilitation, she has over 18 years experience teaching children, directing preschool programs, and mentoring/partnering with parents, all the while promoting reflective facilitation amongst young ECE professionals in early childhood programs within Palo Alto.
